Based on input from faculty, participants, alumni and business partners, our curriculum consistently shifts to meet the demands and ambitions of program participants. OneMBA courses include global core courses, global residencies and regional courses. English is the primary language used for all OneMBA courses and communications.

OneMBA participants attend globally coordinated core courses at their local OneMBA partner school—courses being taken simultaneously by students around the world. Each course includes a major project that requires working remotely with global team members from the other partner schools, working across cultures and time zones. Designed by key faculty from the partner schools, the five global core courses incorporate perspectives and best practices from each world region. You will learn to analyze problems, think strategically and build global organizations. Plus, you will develop teamwork skills and the cultural awareness required for global career success.

Leading and Managing Global Organizations: Develop leadership and managerial skills critical to effective global managers, and explore the impact of cultural differences on personal and organizational effectiveness. Global Operations Management: Learn to align operations strategy with overall business strategy, emphasizing process analysis and supply chain management. Discover tools needed to design, plan and drive service and manufacturing operations in a global economy. Global Marketing Management: Develop the skills required to market products and services in the global economy. Enhance the ability to provide solutions tailored to targeted customer groups through both a creative and analytic approach. Finance in a Global Environment: Understand the foundational infrastructure of global financial systems, as cross-border transactions and foreign investment rapidly increase. Strategy in a Global Arena: Analyze the strategic challenges and choices facing organizations seeking to expand into emerging markets. Learn to develop a global business strategy that aligns organizational resources with long-term goals while considering converging global forces and local issues.
global residencies
Experience the world.
OneMBA participants from around the world come together for four weeklong global residencies held on four continents. Traveling to the USA, Latin America, Asia and Europe, you participate in classes taught by local professors, visit regional and multinational companies, and meet local business and government leaders. During each residency, you will work on projects with your global team and discuss the challenges and opportunities of global business in that region. You will stay on the move, visiting local and multinational business sites and enjoying cultural and social events.
