Business School Curriculum
Innovative MBA curriculum
Adding a few global courses to an existing MBA curriculum isn’t enough to establish leadership in global business education. That’s why we designed OneMBA from scratch, with equal input from five international partner schools. Plus, we continue to expand and refine our global MBA program with input from hundreds of OneMBA students and alumni around the world.
Three types of business school courses
The OneMBA curriculum incorporates best business practices and issues affecting each world region. No culture or perspective dominates, which provides you with a broad and balanced worldview. You will learn to analyze problems, think strategically, and build great organizations. Plus, you will develop leadership skills, with emphasis on working with multicultural global teams.
- Global residencies: You will join students from all the OneMBA partner schools for four weeklong global residencies held on four continents, where you will visit developed and emerging countries. You will participate in classes taught by local professors, visit regional and multinational companies, and meet local business and government leaders.
- Global core courses: Between residencies, you’ll attend global core courses at your local OneMBA partner school. Each course includes a major project that requires working remotely with global team members from the partner schools.
- Regional courses: Each partner school rounds out the curriculum with additional courses that are proven to accelerate career success in its world region.
