Outstanding international MBA curriculum

OneMBA was launched in 2002. Since then, the OneMBA alumni network has grown to include more than 1,200 global executives around the world.  Over the years, the curriculum and global residencies have been continually refined based on student and alumni feedback to maximize the value participants and their companies gain from the program.

Global professional network

OneMBA participants are experienced mid-career managers who live and work around the globe.  You will build life-long connections and friendships with influential global professionals.

Convenient schedule

You will attend classes every four to six weeks at your home university.  In addition, you will join OneMBA participants from all partner schools for four global residencies spread over the 21-month program.  Each global residency lasts seven or eight days.

Global curriculum

The OneMBA curriculum integrates perspectives and best business practices from many cultures and professional environments, including developed and emerging economies. Global residencies  are held in the United States, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Local faculty and students host the residencies, providing an insider’s view of the local business environment. English is the primary language used for OneMBA courses and communications.

Real-world global teams

Your global teams will be made up of OneMBA participants living and working around the world. Team projects develop leadership and collaboration skills vital to global managers, including managing cultural differences and working across multiple time zones. In addition, this allows team members to deliver and receive constructive feedback.

Immediate application on the job

You will immediately apply new global skills, knowledge and perspectives. Your OneMBA peers and the faculty will be valuable resources for solving your company’s current global business challenges.
