Saskia joined RSM early 2003 and is Executive Director of OneMBA. With a broad background in working for international oriented companies, she recognizes the huge benefit OneMBA participants gain from the diversity and global networking on this program.

Jos joined the RSM in 1998 as program coordinator for the Executive MBA Program supporting the program staff. Since 2007, she has worked as program manager in the global executive, OneMBA Program, organizing and executing administration responsibilities in order to deliver an excellent and quality learning experience to the students. Jos manages the relations with students, faculty, internal and external stakeholders acting as primary point of contact and assists the OneMBA Leadership Committee with the administration and coordination of projects at the OneMBA consortium level. Outside professional life, she is engaged in church organized voluntary work, singing, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.

Mariapia joined RSM in 2011 as program manager for the OneMBA and the Executive Masters in Financial Management programs. She is responsible with her team for organizing and executing the administration of the OneMBA in order to deliver and excellent and quality learning experience to the students. Mariapia manages the relationships with students, faculty, and internal and external stakeholders, acting as primary point of contact and assists the OneMBA Leadership Committee with the administration and coordination of projects at the OneMBA consortium level. Prior to joining RSM, Mariapia worked as research associate for a strategy consulting and management development company and as business developer for a sustainable water-technology education center in the Netherlands. Mariapia holds a Master’s of Science in International Management from Bocconi University. She is fond of cuisine, sports, traveling and learning diversity in cultures and societies.
