Peter Brews, PhD

Peter is a professor at UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he teaches International Management, Strategic IT Management, and Corporate Strategy. He also teaches and consults internationally in these fields. Past and current firms he has worked with include Eastman Chemical, Merrill Lynch, Progress Energy, The Boeing Company, Siemens AG, Lucent Technologies Asia/Pacific (H.K.) Ltd., Mandarin Hotel Group of Hong Kong, Ford Motor Company, LG of South Korea, Barclays Bank PLC, and the Rank Organization. He also participates in Executive Education Programs offered by business schools affiliated with universities in the United States and elsewhere. Prior to entering academia, Peter spent four years in investment banking. Peter holds two graduate degrees, one in Business Administration, and one in Law, and two Ph.D.s, (one in Business Administration, and one in Strategic Planning and Policy).
