Brigitta Theleman
Director, OneMBA Program, UNC
Prior to joining UNC in 2008, Brigitta managed client relationships and executive education projects for Duke Corporate Education. Her corporate experience includes leading a program management office within Sara Lee Corporation’s internal consulting organization. She headed change management efforts for a corporate-wide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation and developed implementation tools for project teams. She also developed training programs for sales and service effectiveness for a large financial institution.
Brigitta graduated from North Carolina State University with a B.A. in Communication. She earned an M.A. in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
