Dianne Bevelander

Dianne Bevelander is the Associate Dean, MBA programs and Academic Director of the OneMBA. Her leadership role was instrumental in the turn-around of profiling RSM, Erasmus University from a relatively unknown business school to an internationally acclaimed business school currently ranked 24th in the world. Dianne has also held several successful strategic leadership and management positions and been responsible for a multi-million euro revenue portfolio. She travels extensively and is an advocate of diversity and inclusion assisting companies to develop learning paradigms that maximize human capital performance. Dianne is responsible for the Personal Leadership Programme across all the MBA program as well as teaches communications and personal leadership on various programs globally. Dianne has a BA in sociology and psychology an MBA and is reading for a PhD at the University of Lulea Sweden. Her research interests are in communications and social networks.
