Alan N. Hoffman (Doctor of Business Admin., Indiana University, 1982) is visiting Professor and Global Strategy Course Coordinator in the OneMBA Program at the Rotterdam School of Management Erasmus University, the Netherlands and Professor of Strategic Management at Bentley University. His major areas of interest include Strategy Management, Global strategy, Investment Management and Technology. He is co-author of the Strategic Management Casebook and Skill Builder textbook. Publications have appeared in the Academy of Management Journal, Human Relations, the Journal of Business Ethics, the Journal of Business Research, and Business Horizons. He has authored twenty strategic management cases including: Harley Davidson, Inc., The Boston YWCA, Liz Claiborne, Ben & Jerry’s, Cisco Systems, Sun Microsystems, Ebay, AOL/Time Warner, Apple Computer, and TomTom Inc.

Currently he serves on the MBA Advisory Board of the New England College of Business and Finance.
