OneMBA was proud to serve as a host sponsor to the Global Innovations in Energy: How Business is Addressing Climate Change Conference at UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School in Chapel Hill, NC on April 20 and 21, 2010. In September, the OneMBA Class of 2011 kicked off its program with OneMBA Opening Week in Washington, DC. The cohort reflects the truly global nature of the program, including 102 professional students who represent more than 24 countries in nearly every region of the world.

Executives graduate from UNC’s global OneMBA Program
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School graduated its sixth class of OneMBA®, the global executive MBA program, on June 13, 2009.
Executives began their studies in the innovative program in Washington, D.C., in September 2007, with students from UNC’s four partner schools:
- The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) in Hong Kong SAR, China
- Fundação Getulio Vargas, Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo (FGV-EAESP) in São Paulo, Brazil
- EGADE, Tecnologico de Monterrey, School of Business Administration and Leadership (EGADE-ITESM) in Monterrey, Mexico
- Erasmus University, The Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) in Rotterdam, The Netherlands

On 26 March, more than 100 OneMBA students from around the world begin their European residency with a special leadership panel: “Business, Government and Society: Collaborating for Sustainability” at RSM Erasmus University. The public is invited to join the panel, which will be followed by a discussion with several experts, including Mr. Staffan de Mistura, the former UN Special Representative in Iraq.
